Using the platform
You must use FLATY lawfully and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials and verification codes secure.
Listings and user content
You must have the right to publish submitted text, images and property information. Listings must not be misleading, discriminatory, unlawful or fraudulent. FLATY may review, restrict or remove content that violates these terms or presents a safety risk.
Property decisions and payments
FLATY provides discovery and communication tools and is not a party to rental agreements unless explicitly stated. Verify the property, identity, documents, charges and agreement independently before paying or committing.
Prohibited activity
Do not scrape the service, bypass security, impersonate others, send spam, misuse personal data, upload harmful material or interfere with the platform.
Service availability
Features may change, pause or be withdrawn as the platform evolves. We work to keep information available and reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted operation or that every user-provided detail is error-free.
